Network Operations Center, Inc. (NOC) is a California Corporation established in 1999. NOC (www.nocinc.com) is headquartered in Duarte, California. The founding partners have over 30 years combined of Information Technology (IT) Project Management, Network Management and Software development experience and have successfully managed many projects for government-based clients (e.g., Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies). NOC is currently on contract with the Los Angeles County, City of Torrance, Central Washington Hospital and many other agencies and has sub-contract IT staff on County of Los Angeles-Harbor UCLA Medical Center projects. NOC is a fully qualified Minority Owned Business through the Los Angeles County CBE program and is a Los Angeles County ITSSMA contractor.
NOC draws from a team of IT experts each with a hybrid of experience from vast business environments. Today’s IT professionals are faced with many challenges, among them architecting a solid IT strategy and seeking solutions to satisfy client needs and optimize efficiency. Our IT professionals assist organizations with feasibility studies, hardware and software architecture, systems requirements design and analysis, implementation, testing and maintenance. Our infrastructure capabilities include the planning for the installation of cabinets, cables, shelving, cable management as well as monitor, maintain and coordinate service for HVAC in technology areas, security systems and all IT cabling and racking systems, evaluate and provide requirements for power and environmental needs, UPS & Generator systems when the project calls for them. The information systems hardware, software and network staff provide macro-level and detailed requirements, design, implementation and management of these systems. Our Project Managers coordinate and manage customer requirements and needs with the underlying information technology through all the hardware and software life-cycle phases. Our experience with doing customer installations and work with Telco service providers, equipment vendors and other departments insure a smooth transition and cutover to the new environment. We provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. NOC oversees and manages IT projects by staffing extensively trained and highly qualified technical personnel equipped to handle any contingency or technical consideration encountered.
